Pursuant to the provisions of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments, I agree to the processing of my personal data within the limits and for the purposes specified in the aforementioned policy.

Taxi service booking terms:

1. A booking is a request for transport that reaches our facility at least 60 minutes prior to the time of departure for telephone reservation and 24 hours in advance for online reservations.  Such requests retain priority over all other services provided by Taxi Castelli Romani.

2. Bookings are free and can be made by contacting our call centre on + 39 069 410 800, by writing to info@taxicastelliromani.com and by filling out the booking form on our website taxicastelliromani.com in the Booking section.

3. The fares are fixed only to and from Rome airports and the railway stations Termini and Tiburtina.

4. Day-time hours are from 7:00am to 10:00pm and apply to the time when the service is provided and not to the time of booking.

5. Night-time hours are from 10:00pm to 07:00am and all services provided during this time incur an additional charge.

6. Spontaneous requests for transport are not guaranteed and are subject to a variable fare calculated with the taximeter. According to the current regulations, the meter will also take into account the time required to arrive at the customer’s pick up address. The list of municipal fares can be consulted inside each taxi.

7. If we receive a call for a fake booking from a mobile phone number, this will be added to "Black List" and prevented from making any future bookings.

8. The fares are calculated based on the type of service provided, the type of vehicle (standard car or MPV) and the number of passengers on board.

9. Meet and greet bookings are available at ports, airports and railway stations and require: first name and surname, departing city, flight or train number, telephone number at arrival and at end destination. The fare includes a 45 minutes waiting period after the flight or train arrival time (for baggage claim or other), after which a charge will apply for the additional waiting time (25 euros every 60 minutes).

10. Booking service is available year round, 24 hours a day.

11. Children are considered passengers for all purposes; we recommend choosing the size of the vehicle accordingly.

12. Fares and vehicle availability for hourly services with saloon cars and MPVs, need to be agreed in advance at the time of booking by email or telephone.

13. Small pets are welcome and they can travel free of charge on the passenger’s lap. Other animals can be transported in their kennel provided by their owners.
